Heat Transfer Module
This course gives an insight in how COMSOL Multiphysics along with the Heat Transfer Module can be used in applications. In the four examples step-by-step instructions provide an overview of basic modeling techniques for heat transfer using the Heat Transfer Module.
The exercises include:
- Surface-to-surface radiation, modeling a silicon wafer process step.
- Convection cooling of an array of ICs in 2D.
- Conjugated heat transfer for turbulent forced convection cooling.
- An engineering approach to solving convection cooling and heat transfer for a multicomponent circuit.
